SHAREHOUSE TONY&MOLY’s second sharehouse Ootemon is located between Oohori-Koen Station and Akasaka Station of Fukuoka City Subway Airport Line.

You can enjoy the view of Maizuru Park from the sharehouse.

No matter you would like to stay near to the city Tenjin or would like to have a quiet life, this is the choice for you

1. Location

It is located between Oohori-Koen Station and Akasaka Station of Fukuoka City Subway Airport Line – the most popular subway line in Fukuoka.

You can easily reach Tenjin for shopping, Oohori Park for a walk or Yahoo Dome for a baseball match!

It only takes 8 minutes to the nearest train station going to Tenjin or Hakata.

If you want to go for a jogging in Oohori Park, just step out from the house and you will be there!

 

1. Features

There are 4 rooms in total, and every room can fit in 2 single beds. You can invite your friends come and sleepover, also enjoy the beautiful park view from the window with you.

There is 1 bathroom and 1 washroom. As this is a sharehouse for small amount of guest, you do not need to worry about the availability of bathrooms.

1 washing machine and awning on balcony, even rainy day can be a happy laundry day!

Last but not least, an open kitchen and living room. You can enjoy a relaxing time talking with your housemates.

 

1. Surroundings

Oohori Park is just outside of the house.

Supermarkets and convenience stores are in walking distance, you can get everything you need nearby.

Izakaya(Japanese style drinking place), coffee shop, cake shop… there are many tasteful shops around waiting for you to discover!
