Share house Ohashi is our most recent property in 2020 and located between Takamiya station and Ohashi station. In the residential area behind Junshin University. It is very suitable for you if you are looking for some relaxing moments in the exciting Fukuoka metropolitan area.

1. Location

This property is located between Takamiya station and Ohashi station on Nishitetsu line. It is in the residential area behind Junshin University, with a short distance to shops and restaurants around Ohashi station. You may quickly get to Yakuin station and Tenjin station by express trains at Ohashi station. Chikushigaoka Central Park is also within a 5-minute walking distance, which allows you to have some chilling time in the busy city life.

2. Property features

It is a 3-story house, with 4 rooms of at least 8.25m2 plus storage, which gives you enough space to invite friends to stay over. You will be able to enjoy good views form the windows as well. There is a bathroom with a bathtub and 2 separated toilets, with only a small number of housemates, there won’t be an issue of queuing. A washing machine is also included in the property.

There is an open kitchen and a living room that will provide you space to enjoy your time with housemates. All shared facilities are located on the 1st floor, so you won’t disturb anyone when you are using them.

3. Nearby amenities

It is behind Junshin University and only 10-minute walk to the Ohashi station. Since it is right next to a  University, shops around are usually inexpensive. You would be able to get your daily needs in MaxValu Supermarket in the shopping district, and you may be able to dig out different cheap hidden treasures in the 2nd hand shop Book-off next to it.
